Etto AI Education Board Stylus Verified at 99.9% Antibacterial Rate under ISO 22196:2011

Shenzhen Etto Technology Co., Ltd. today announced that the stylus for its AI Education Board conference all-in-one display has been verified to achieve a 99.9% antibacterial rate against Escherichia coli (ATCC 8739) and Staphylococcus aureus (ATCC 6538P), per test report WJ2026003007E issued by Guangzhou Institute of Microbiology Group Co., Ltd.

Testing followed ISO 22196:2011, the international standard for antibacterial activity on plastics and other non-porous surfaces. After 24 hours, bacterial counts on the treated sample fell to 0.63 CFU/cm², versus 3.5 × 10⁶ and 5.7 × 10⁴ CFU/cm² on untreated controls — a 99.9% reduction for both strains.

The stylus is among the most frequently handled objects in shared classrooms and meeting rooms, yet rarely cleaned between users. The M13 stylus supplied with the AI Education Board builds antibacterial performance directly into its non-porous plastic surface — always-on protection with no change to writing feel or extra maintenance.

"This result reflects our focus on solving practical problems for shared-device users," said a spokesperson for Shenzhen Etto Technology. "Our antibacterial claim is validated by an independent laboratory against an internationally recognized standard, and we're glad to share the full report with partners."
